“In 2020, the median sales price of a single-family home in Salt Lake County increased by 11.8% to $425,000.”

“Continued historically-low interest rates and a strong rebound from the pandemic suggest that 2021 could be another record-breaking year for Salt Lake County Real Estate Market.”
